Match with government websites (strongly recommended)
A fake Khatauni looks real on paper. Open these official sites yourself, then add a screenshot of the result above – we compare it with the seller’s papers.
- 1. bhulekh.uk.gov.in
Open Public ROR → choose district, tehsil, village → search the Khata or khasra number → take a screenshot (or Print → Save as PDF).
- 2. services.ecourts.gov.in
Case Status → Party Name → choose Uttarakhand and the district → type the seller’s name → screenshot the result, even if it says no records.
- 3. Earlier sales and mortgages: get a search of registered deeds on these khasras done at the Sub-Registrar office.
Why not automatic? These sites use a CAPTCHA and offer no public API, so only you can open them. We never bypass government security.
